1. License Name: Nolly's Fair & Ethical Open-Source License (NFE-OSL v1.0)
2. Short identifier: NFE-OSL-1.0
3. License Author or steward: Nolly's Cafe (Nolly)
4. Comments: The NFE-OSL v1.0 license is an open-source, strong copyleft license derived from AGPL-3.0-or-later with additional ethical and fair-use protections. It ensures open-source freedom while preventing unfair commercial exploitation, unethical use, and lack of attribution. It aligns with SPDX’s principles by being clear, legally enforceable, and based on an OSI-approved license (AGPL-3.0).

Comment
None. I would like to understand whether such a "extension" of the AGPL is not implicitly in conflict with it. Compare section 7 of the AGPL:

All other non-permissive additional terms are considered "further restrictions" within the meaning of section 10. If the Program as you received it, or any part of it, contains a notice stating that it is governed by this License along with a term that is a further restriction, you may remove that term.
