+1 to add

this is not really BSD-family-ish as the lead-in is different and then it sort of combines some similarities from several common licenses (BSD, zlib, bzip, etc.) so inclined to use a name that is distinct.

Not close enough to bsd to have that name, imho. Clause 1 & 2 aren't at all similar. Ngrep is acool tag.

This new license/exception request has been accepted and the information for the license/exception has been merged to the repository. Thank you to everyone who has participated!
