Whenever I run the script it will show me the internal connection problem ... I don't know what that's mean

I connected both micro boards this way

And when ever I flash the esp8266 it will get the job done but
Shows me this

Plz help me with this creator !!

And I want ask a question that I have to connect both the micro boards or only the atmega ??

dont connect the esp only connect the pro micro to a pc
