macOS diagnostics logs

This modifies the macOS app bundle to log to ~/Library/Application Support/Space Station 14/launcher.log so we can diagnose the issues.

Windows/Linux are not changed so use the older builds for those.

Fix macOS

Just fixing running the client on macOS. Windows/Linux versions remain untouched completely, so look at the previous release for those.

New graphical launcher!

This gives the launcher a proper UI using Avalonia. Looks better, runs better, you name it.

Fix TLS issues on some Windows versions

This fixes some TLS issues on some Windows versions. See #1 for the PR in question.

If the launcher already works for you, there should be no reason to update.

macOS support!

This version fixes macOS support, and it even has a nice app bundle now.

I decided to split the downloads into platforms like the main client.

Fixes it once again. It was still broken last time.
