Denovo assembly

I am performing de novo transcriptome assembly and am seeking guidance on selecting the appropriate dataset from the SortMeRNA rRNA databases. I have downloaded the dataset tar file from this link (https://sortmerna.readthedocs.io/en/latest/databases.html), which contains four datasets. Should I use all four datasets for reference, or is there a specific dataset from the data/rRNA_databases folder that is more suitable for my analysis?
