I would suggest to switch to the latest 4.3.6. A lot of bugs were fixed since 2.1 |

Dear,
When I run sortmerna on paired-end files, the output file contains reads, where the length of the sequence and relevant quality line doesn't match. Here is one example:
I am wondering is this a normal thing or else, because I have not met this issue before.
