help me with this error "Seems transceiver not working. Re - init it."

I am afraid that I cannot help much since nowadays I dont have any DW1000, Arduino nor Raspberry PI.

You can find in which line that error message comes below:

Based on the codes, you can check wiring, confoguration and etc.
