Manual entry drop downs holding focus

Description

Observed on both Android and Linux platforms via web UI using app.solidtime.io

When doing a manual entry, I hit the time drop down (either one). When I select it, it updates the fields but the drop-down won't go away making it impossible to click into other fields or submit. In Linux I can tab out to other fields to work around it but the Android UI doesn't give me that option.

@akadaedalus Thanks for the report! I was able to reproduce this and we'll try to fix this as soon as possible.

@akadaedalus Just merged #410 which changes the TimePicker component in the Time Entry Create Modal to the simpler version. This should fix the issue. The change is also deployed on solidtime cloud now and will land in the next release.
