 OpenWrt recently switched to the "apk" package manager!

The OpenWrt recently switched to the "apk" package manager! comes from another script (not MOTD but /etc/profile iirc) which checks for the apk binary and then displays the message. We should just remove apk outright since we have little use for it in our image.
