This is important (for the v0.2.0?) so Snowplow BigQuery usage can be attributed to us.

It seems it is a matter of PipelineOptions#setUserAgent. In that case I'm happy to do it in first release.

IIRC Beam API didn't expose PubSub nor BigQuery raw clients and their setters. We can do it only for non-dataflow apps, such as mutator and repeater.
