实际上有时候请求失败，不代表这个key就死了，请求超时等错误很常见。但是项目把出错超过3次的key一律归为失效，我感觉不妥，有没有别的方式判断key失效，比如特定的错误返回，比如API key not valid。

新版本加入了定时重置失败次数的功能，也可以手动重置，很快就上线。错误日志也有。

功能已经完成了，现在就在搞文档
