Manual invoice

As an administrator I want a view in http://smidig2011.no/registrations so I easily can see which participants who wants an invoice.

To day I have to review all participants with status "Må følges opp" and tickettype early bird (or full price).

I also want to see which participants with status "Har blitt fakturert" so I easily can register payment
