Add new book missing in normal mode. You have to select the language as malayalam to see the option.

A book can be added only when a language is selected (Add new book URL has language information).

But we definitely need a Add new book link in global pages which would ask to select language first on clicking. That's a part of TODO.

And we have to set default language to ML.

Reducing priority to p2, not milestone critical. Default language has been made a different bug.
