I guess this is because the contract isn't deployed properly. I suggest changing line 6 from:

const simpleStorage = (await SimpleStorageFactory).deploy();

to:

const simpleStorage = await SimpleStorageFactory.deploy();
await simpleStorage.deployed();

In version above 6 deployed() doesnt work ,also contract is getting deployed properly cuz i am able to get target address in the console

Never mind, i got it fixed using new versions of deployed() and address(). Thanks for help!!
