Commit ff9bf80 removed one of the two keymap customization examples out of the section "2.5.1 Basic customization". However, the text still reads "To customize a particular binding in one of SLIME’s keymaps, you can add one of the following to your init file:"

I also don't understand why example was removed, seems to be a mistake.
