Feature request: specifying order of domains (which one appears as primary domain on the SSL cert)

I have a site that's got four domains - three redirects and one primary. I'd like the cert to show the primary domain, but instead the cert code requests the first alphabetical domain. I'll look at modifying the dropdown so that the domains can be reordered accordingly (or at least, one "bumped" to the top).
