[Bug]: Installation Error #4067
Comments
@e-Feitosa, do you consistently get this problem every time you do a clean install? I can't replicate it... If you get it again, please open the developer tools by pressing Ctrl + Shift + I 3 times and take a screenshot of any errors (red messages). |
@mtdvlpr, No, it doesn't happen every time on a clean installation. Most of the time, it occurs when the machine has been formatted or is running Windows 10. As soon as it happens again, I'll take those screenshots and send them here. |
@alanfermtz, could you open the developer tools (press Ctrl + Shift + I 3 times), open the console tab, and share any error (red) messages you see? |
I also experienced this on an old Windows 10 new setup yesterday! Closing the app, reopening it, deleting the partially created profile and starting the wizard again showed the correct options for languages. I wonder if it isn't simply a delay while initial caching is done on slower hardware over a very slow internet connection. |
I just clean install version 25.2.1 and it worked well. |

I've been meaning to report this error for a while now. When M3 is installed for the first time on a machine, most of the time there's an error in the option to choose the language for downloading the media. From what I've noticed, M3 tries to use English (E) and there's no option to change it, which usually causes the installation to freeze or forces you to keep the default language because no other options appear. In the selection box, it just shows the letter E and nothing else. Another detail, in the "other meetings" option, the media language doesn't match the initial language choice; it's always in English.
