I'm running a Debian 12 as Host and Windows 10 as Target.
I have HDMI output, I successfully connect the USB Serial but can't use the mouse and the keyboard.

Succeeded. There was a Target USB cable problem. I used an USB 2.0 cable that didn't work, I switched to a better USB 3.0 cable and now it works!
