Split the flutter_quill root project files into a separate folder

So most users didn't like the way the packages are structured, should the flutter_quill package files be in a separate folder?? I already did that in the past and I reverted it because it just made the source code more and more nested which makes it harder to navigate through the files, but that's up to the community whatever the way it will happen because I already quit the development of this repo, I see no reason to make a folder called packages and then add the packages inside it because it seems unnecessary so I reverted this as we only have packages in this project

But if we are going to move the content of flutter_quill into a new folder then it's important to review the following:

1. The scripts
2. The CI and the Automated publishing by GitHub
3. The reference of the flutter_quill in the other packages (like flutter_quill_extensions) should be updated
4. The markdown files like README.md or CHANGELOG.md and all the other docs files in the project should update the links
