would love to add some free theme collection list

You can search for web in this awesome list and find a lot of amazing lists which you can contribute with themes!
For example, see Front-end Development.

Feel free to contribute to a list, be sure with requirements of contributing, each list have one style.

Maybe we can close this issue since it needs more information?

I see they've contributed to Hugo themes lately, so maybe this kind of list would be interesting https://github.com/budparr/awesome-hugo . It doesn't seem to be on the list if they wanna make sure it's ready and try add it too.
