[IDEA] Allow users to uglify their wiki

Additionally, it would be great to be able to serve the uglified version of a wiki, without the js that allow to create, edit and modify tiddlers, that way the wiki will be able to load faster and it should reduce bandwidth usage.

Honestly I think the extra work would outweigh the benefits here.
