Greek accents displayed incorrectly on android (phone & tablet)

When greek text is displayed on mobile in default font, the accents marks are shifted around and messed up.

This issue can be fixed by using a custom font. But that solves only the reader. The problem persists in some parts of the side pane, where the selected word, root and deepl translation is displayed (can't change the font there).

Interestingly, the issue does not appear in other places, like chapter titles in the library, but also translations other than deepl (it seems they use slightly different font than deepl).
