More complete VRC700 support

After a lot of beta releases and testing by many users, this stable release adds support for most functionalities of the myVAILLANT app on VRC700 controllers. Thanks to everyone who reported issues, supplied test data, and even helped reverse engineer APIs.

What's Changed

• VRC700 support for most actions (i.e. setting modes & temperatures)
• Added HVAC action (visible heating / idle / cooling on the climate controls) by @krmarien in #99
• DAY operating mode for DHW on VRC700
• Added additional system cylinder temperature sensors
