Shall I move the universal serial number generation scripts to a separate repo?

• Move the scripts out of a folder into the spotlight
• Make the repo return to Dockerfile classification (it's getting labeled as Shell)
• Use it as a sub-module instead of a directory
• Submitting it to OSX-KVM upstream
• Encourage PRs and external development for those important files
• Ability to use it on any KVM related project
