When using heroku postgres 16 breaks with ERROR: operator does not exist: character varying ~~ bytea

It starts correctly, creates the tables and starts correctly. But when I try to get anything (user, product, etc) I get this error:
o.h.engine.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper : ERROR: operator does not exist: character varying ~~ bytea

I tried the same code in mysql and works great, but not in postgres.
I turned on the SQL and the SQL runs fine in psql or dbeaver, it's when it tries to go through Hibernate when it's breaking. I tried the CONCAT, the CAST on the queries and doesn't work as well.

I don't know if it's because it is in a very old version of Boot and Hibernate or any other problem.
