Give yourself brain damage+trauma
Use the Static Syncronizer.
Exit it, and see that your braindamage has decided to re-roll.

In my case, I defused a static anom and used the Syncronizer twice from the Tesla Ruin which was secretly merged

desyncronizers don't nullspace you. they just create an invisible holder. You likely just suffered the brain damage effect from the subtype in #3787
