[FEATURE] Countdown progress bar for time limit

Feature Description

The feature: I would like a clear indicator showing the time remaining for a site based on the rules used by the time limit feature.

Why: Currently it is hard to know how much time I have left. Knowing the exact remaining time will help me use my time more effectively instead of being suddenly blocked.

More context: I tried to find something similar but it was not easy. The closest example I found is a YouTube tutorial video; you do not need to watch the whole thing, the first 20 seconds or so already shows the countdown in action. Ideally this countdown should be positioned fixed at the top of the page and use minimal space so it does not obscure the website content. Looks great, I really like the UI. But does it require opening the extension? I was hoping for a persistent countdown on the site itself.

If I have to open the extension every time I’ll probably forget and just keep browsing without noticing how much time is left unless I'm actively watching it. Something prominent and always-there feels like a more effective approach.

a float icon on the site will be added in the future, this version has not supported it yet
