[FEATURE] Notification after viewing a site for a certain length of time

Feature Description

It would be nice if there was an option to receive a notification after being on a site for a certain length of time (e.g. 10 minutes), similar to the reminder option before a site's time limit runs out, but one that works everywhere.

I often get distracted browsing random sites I find so I think having a reminder to make sure what I'm doing is productive would be nice. Perhaps a whitelist for certain sites to not have this feature would be sensible too.

@sam-jeffery hi, maybe you need a tomato clock and focus mode monitor. I ll figure out how other alternatives do this, and design the whole feature in detail
