[BUG] Able to scroll past the block message

Bug Description

I've tested the auto block feature on a website where content gets generated dynamically. So whenever, content gets added, the user is able to scroll past the block message.

Good news is I have a proposed solution.
At the moment the css on the body for position is "absolute". Changing it to "fixed" would prevent the block message from being scrolled away.

@ush-ruff sry, I can't find the dynamically generated content on 9gag. how can I reproduce it stablly?

btw I changed the position of body into absolute manually, the blocking layer still works correctly. so there maybe another reason we don't find

I watched the video and found the cause of the bug. the original document shouldn't be able to scroll after being blocked, but it still can, which means its css definitely being covered by something else. Since the mask layer is absolutely positioned, it goes off-screen after scrolling.

I ll try to fix these two
