Basically show a menu of records which people took from you.

[Style/Track] map - new record holder @ new time

Should work like the !rr command and maybe only show 50 of the most recent times of your which were taken.

Months ago I looked at what btimes did for !overtake. It used a sql function afair to handle all the inserting and updating the overtake rows. That's probably the best way to do it but also I don't like sql functions

Very crude initial work is here. In theory this should print out all records that were shorter than your PB(s) on any map from since you last logged on.

Assuming it works correctly, this would need to be narrowed down to only your WR(s) rather than all PB(s).
