Docker build fails

I'm trying to build nectm docker image but building process fails while compiling KyTea with the following error:

lib/kytea/mykytea.hpp fatal error: kytea/kytea.h: No such file or directory
`

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19041
Docker Dekstop version 19.03.13, build 4484c46d9d
