I am not very clear about the "label_sequence_length=50" in the "doanet_parameters.py", can you tell me how it is calculated?

So label_sequence_length is the sequence length of the output labels. The number 50 is chosen post-fine-tuning for the specific dataset used in this repo. You might have to tune it for other datasets.

Some more details, for the dataset used in this repo we use the default label resolution of 100ms (label_hop_len_s=0.1) that is part of the dataset. However, the features are extracted with a resolution of 20ms (hop_len_s=0.02). So when we set the label_sequence_length=50, the code automatically sets the feature_sequence_length to 250 frames ( = 50 frames x 100ms / 20ms)
