Tomcat Crashes

I've noticed that recently Tomcat became unstable. I was blaming NetCapture lib, but it seems to have no relation, with disabled ping, this error still occures.

This issue is very confusing, I cannot pin it out to something specific. I have few ESP's - one fails due to PING, another due to Tomcat memory leak.
