Describe the bug

In Google Chrome, when you enter a combination of numbers and non-numbers in Input OTP, unexpected styling issues may occur if the browser's spell check fails.

How to reproduce

  1. Go to the Input OTP document page
  2. Mix non-numeric characters and numeric characters
  3. A truncated red underline appears at the bottom edge
