Problem 6
User has no way of knowing if their view (map or list) has been filtered in some way. They may not realize they have chosen a filter without indicators, thus schools could be missing and they don’t know why.

Suggested Solution:
Provide some visual indicators that filters have been chosen and if possible, what those filters are. These are some examples from Airbnb. There are other popular ways to provide filter choice indicators. I (kira) can spend some time researching it
