[Feature]: Layout formating for "Students Enrolled"/"Math Proficiency" copy

What feature or enhancement are you requesting?

"On the school pages in their About section where we list the Student/Outcome Data. I’d like to suggest that the title “Students Enrolled” be stacked on two lines the way “English Language Learners” and Students with Special Needs” are. It will just look a little more consistent. Same goes for “Math Proficiency” So that it matches “English Proficiency. This can be done by simply hitting return on the copy rather than adjusting the width of the grouping." - Kira B.

Thinking about how to address this one -- one option that seems simple (but gross) would be to add markup to the database. This label is coming from "Metric" table. Does anyone have any easy CSS tricks or something that would produce this outcome on the front end without polluting the backend with styles?
