Current graph view did not have a way to control time intervals, error states, and UI was a bit crowded.

Describe the solution you'd like
Added new time picker dropdown.

Added new graph info description (triggered on hover) and new error state (which will appear red).

Here's the new dropdown design. What might make sense are options for 'Last 30 days', 'Last 60 days', 'Last 90 days'.
