Once Stage 1 (County Selector) is live, we can add this chart

We have testing information linked into our data model but currently do not display these on our site. The dark purple represents the positive test results while the lighter purple represents negative results, together they show the number of test results received on a given day.

This chart should follow the Cases by Race and Ethnicity charts. Refer to Stage 3 Mockup frame on Figma for the position of this chart within the county stats dashboard.

If possible, I'd like to have a calculated value of "county tests per 1000 residents" included in the tooltip. If this is not feasible, i can adjust the copy.

For the hover state within the graph, i'd like to add some labels (eg. "32 positive out of 380 tests") how much room to we have to work with in that space?

Should consult the data scraping team for destination of 'open data source' link

Regarding the 1.5 tests per 1000 residents metric, we would be relying on the 2018 ACS data, right? So this is a static goal that we're trying to reach with the cumulative calculated test number. Could you just include this number in the background of the cumulative visualization?
