User will see blood thinners highlighted in Medications

In the instructions to volunteers in the recent distribution day, it was noted to UNDERLINE medications that are blood thinners.

We add to the Medication model to be able to mark a record as a blood thinner, so that it can be rendered with a distinctive UI.
