Implement Right Panel UI – Trial Data Entry Section

Build the right panel of the Data Entry page containing trial tracking, progress bar, success/failure counters, observation notes, and the Done button.

• Trial Navigation Header (e.g., “Trial 2”) with left/right arrow icons.
• Progress Bar with label (e.g., “20% Complete”).
• Counters for
  -Successful (green section)
  -Unsuccessful (red/beige section)
• Each with “+” and “–” buttons.
• Observation Notes Textbox for typed notes.
• Done Button anchored at bottom right.
• The progress bar shall indicate the progress till 100% of attempts have been completed
• The button "Sign and Submit" button shall be anchored at the bottom right if progress bar shows 100%
