In-app toast notification: Edit goal

Implement a toast notification component for success info message (“Edit Goal Successfully Saved!”) when a goal is edited and saved successfully.
The toast should:

• appear at the top-right of the page,
• auto-close after 3 seconds,
• include a manual close (X) button,
