Updations on the Compass design

1. The Cancel and Save buttons to be placed close to each other in Edit profile (Student profile edit)

2. Make metrics into chips UI in Benchmarks section

4. Enable the in app notification when new goal is added

Toast appears with provided message "Goal created successfully" when a new goal is added.
Toast automatically closes 3 seconds after it appears.
Clicking the close button immediately dismisses the toast and prevents the auto-close from re-firing
