DLC Not registering

So I had to manually input the DLC folder and had some issues with some files needing permissions from Admin in order to be edited. I got the game to work regardless of that issue as I am unable to think of a solution after trying a few things. Upon loading into the game.. I noticed that none of the DLC is being picked up by the game.. how do I solve this since I can't use the launcher you provided due to server disconnection?
