Change comma separators for decimal fields

@VictorTomaili I require assistance in configuring the display format for group separators across my entire application, based on my specified settings. For example, I want to determine whether the format should be like "11,00,000" or "1,100,000," with commas representing either hundreds or thousands. Is there a global setting or option to define this format?
