Standardize the output response from the CLI

As of now the feedback upon resource creation is great across all resources, though it has a subtle difference that for

• resources like credentials we show the ID of the newly created/deleted resource

tw credentials delete --id 7bt25jqwzkcwDRpa2tl8sI

  Credentials '7bt25jqwzkcwDRpa2tl8sI' deleted at user workspace

• on the other hand, while creating compute-env we don't show the ID at all

tw compute-envs add azure-batch forge \

  New AZURE-BATCH compute environment 'az-abhinav' added at user workspace

If possible, it'd be great if we can have an id field if the user selects the output as json. For example
