As download speed via api.opensensemap.org/boxes/data becomes extremely slow for dates more than 10days in the past, it might be useful to provide a secondary download method for measurements via https://archive.opensensemap.org.

The implementation would be really simple when openSenseMap/archive#9 were implemented.
