Right now our printed output is a bit adhoc.
We might want to support both quiet and debug output as well as coloring (because SHINY COLORS 馃寛)

The logging/printing stuff from Cargo is a bit more complicated, but seems nicely abstracted and its output is always quite readable and orgainzed.
Maybe we can adopt similar maintainable code.
