Build out Footer component #11

There is a component at src/components/Footer.js but it is currently the default Gatsby footer. Update this to fit with the information presented on the site.

This should include SEMjs, the year, and links to the other pages (maybe sharing some data with Navigation).

The current Footer Component is the Gatsby default.
Update this with site information, include:
