Chrome Extension to close all 9gag (and misc) tabs every X minutes

Extension:
- find new icon
- add 16, 48 and 128 pixel icons and psd source
Options Page:
- highlight save button when edits were made. otherwise, unhighlight it.
- autosave when editing
- enforce valid url characters
- add icon to banner
- make the UrlBlackList a proper list, with add/remove buttons for items
- add a "do not close pinned tabs" check box

- add validations in script (version doesn't preexist, full check of manifest)
