Discussion: Have a "peer feedback" session a few times a year, like the ones I do for my courses #129

I do a peer feedback session after each course with all the instructors. We tell each other two things to improve on and one thing to keep doing, which also includes telling our own self these things too. I think it might be useful to have a group session like those, maybe 2 or 3 times a year, and could align it when Marton comes to visit. I find them really useful after having implemented these in my courses, so maybe we could do them for us too!
